Dr Joe , a Pittsburg native and an avid steeler, and Penguin fan; however he does cheer for the Redskins, moved to Virginia in 2002 and fell in love with it ever since. He opened his own office in Manassas in 2005.  Dr. Joe , his wife, and two kids enjoy spending their free time traveling, going to the beach, and movies.
